In December of 2005, the Office of Institutional Diversity was established to coordinate the University’s diversity initiatives. The establishment of this office signaled the University’s commitment to redirect and strengthened its efforts in the area of diversity.
In 2014, the university expanded its commitment and reorganized, so it is now known as the Office of Inclusion and Diversity (OID). OID includes the Ignatian College Connection (ICC) and The Office of Multicultural Life (OML). The Office for Inclusion and Diversity will work closely with all university constituents.
