Interlibrary Loan Saint Joseph's University uses two separate resource-sharing systems for Interlibrary Loan services:
- ILLiad™ for books and articles
- E-ZBorrow for books only
- Turnaround time for ILLiad™ andE-ZBorrow are comparable.
NOTE:
ILLiad ™, our Interlibrary Loan software, allows the Library to improve service to end users by giving them the ability to initiate and track their ILL requests every step of the way through a simple Web interface.
Since the accounts are only accessible under a user's SJU Username/Password, it will be problematic for Graduate Assistants to place ILL requests on the behalf of faculty. If faculty find that their Graduate Assistants need to be able to place ILL requests, please contact:Mary Martinson
