The Saint Joseph's University community may submit a question or concern directly to the Reference staff through a
web-based email form.
An email response will be sent within 24 hours during the business week, and within 48 hours on weekends.

The Saint Joseph's University community may make an appointment with a reference librarian for assistance with an extensive research project. The appointment may be in person or via telephone. Simply fill out
our appointment form and a Reference staff member will contact you.
For Classes:
In addition, we encourage Faculty members to arrange for class instruction sessions. Librarians will tailor classes to the specific research needs of the students in your courses. Please call the Information Desk at 610-660-1904 to arrange a time and date.
