Graduation/Commencement Information
Up-to-date graduation information is available at the Commencement website
Apply to Graduate
Please fill out and submit the on-line graduation application by logging into MySJU and following these instructions.
1. Click on the School Services tab.
2. Click on the Student and Financial Aid folder in the center channel called Administrative Services.
3. Click the Student Records and Payments folder in the subsequent menu.
4. Click Apply to Graduate and follow the instructions.
You can return to the same menu and click the View Application to Graduate link to review what you have submitted.
Duplicate Diploma Request
In order to request a duplicate/replacement diploma a letter must be submitted to Hawk Central with a fee of $50.00. There is an additional cost for expedited delivery. The following information is required to process the request:
- Name while in attendance
- Social Security Number
- Years of attendance
- Month & Year of graduation
- Degree
- Address and phone number
