CAMPUS PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT
A non- SJU resident of the Wynnefield neighborhood was reported to be the victim of a robbery. The incident occurred on Monday evening, January 16th at 10:15PM in the 2300 block of N. 56th St. The victim was alone at the time of the incident. The offender walked up to the victim and, point of gun, took the victim's cell phone, IPod and wallet. The offender then fled on foot. The lone perpetrator is described as being a black male, 25 years of age, 5'11",medium complexion and of thin build. Last seen wearing a black hoodie with a black mask covering most of his face, black skull cap and black jeans. The victim was not injured.

A University student reported to be the victim of a robbery on Tuesday evening, January 17th at 5:45PM. The incident took place at 52nd St. and Overbrook Ave. The student was alone at the time of the incident. The lone perpetrator is described as being a black male wearing a black hoodie, black slacks and a black scarf partially covering his face. The offender had his hand in his jacket pocket simulating that he possessed a weapon. The student was not injured.
