Two female SJU students were walking from the Overbrook Train Station at 63rd and City Avenue on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 5:45p.m., when they were approached by an unknown male.  The male made a comment to the students.  Then, he suddenly reached out, touched one of the students on her leg and attempted to grab her as she walked by him.  The students did not sustain any physical injuries.  The suspect is described as an older white male, 6 feet tall, gray-colored hair that was slicked back.  He was wearing a black-colored, buttoned shirt and blue jeans.  The Philadelphia Police Department and the University’s Office of Public Safety & Security are investigating the incident.  Please remember to be aware of your surroundings at all times and take the safest route to your destination.   Report any suspicious activity to police at 911 and SJU Security Headquarters at 610-660-1111.
