Financial Literacy
Making thoughtful and informed decisions about your finances while in college is more important than ever.   It is never too early or too late to become aware of, or improve how you are spending your money. In fact, if you avoid major mistakes and do some of the most basic things while in college, you may find yourself making better choices, experiencing future financial success, and significantly reducing your financial anxiety.

What is Financial Literacy?

Your learning experiences while in college go beyond the classroom and the textbooks.  It is important to learn and understand how to become financially responsible.  Learning to think in terms of money and budgets can be like learning to read when you were young.  Financial Literacy is learning to read in dollars and cents.
