Student billing at Saint Joseph's University is an easy and convenient process. However, it is important to understand that Saint Joseph's University does not mail paper bills or statements. Our Knowledge Base can provide you with answers to many of your billing and payment questions. Students Must Authorize Parents as Payers
Because student records are protected by Federal law, parents do not have automatic access to student financial accounts. However, a student may grant access to the account for a parent or other third party. To grant access, a parent must be designated by the student as an authorized payer in The Nest. Refund processing will begin the second week of the semester. Signing up for Direct Deposit will expedite your refund and generate a confirmation email.
