Student Initiatives
There are several student organizations that engage in activities related to sustainability at SJU and beyond. These include:
- GREENCOW (Get Ready for Environmental Education Now/Conserve Our Wildlife) which focuses on environmental issues. You can contact them by e-mail at greencow@sju.edu
- The SJU SustainAbility club whose goal is to increase awareness among students about sustainability and related issues. You can visit the club's facebook page here
- Students can also explore the course and other opportunities provided by the Environmental Sciences Program which offers both a major and a minor, as well as providing internships and other opportunities.
