The Summer Immersion Programs (SIP) Auction
In the summer of 2011, over 80 Saint Joseph’s University students will travel to Ecuador, San Diego, El Salvador, Guatemala, and New Mexico to experience the beauty, joys, struggles, and challenges that can be found within the local communities. These trips embody the university’s mission to prepare our students to serve as “men and women with and for others in service to the Lord.”
The annual fundraising goal for these life-changing immersion trips is approximately $70,000. One of the ways that we are able to reach this goal is through the Summer Immersion Programs Auction. Over the course of the last fifteen years the SIP Auction has become a much anticipated annual event uniting students, faculty, staff, families, alumni, and community members with an evening of food, fun, music, and community.
This year's auction will have both live and silent action items to bid on.
