September 26 (Wednesday) 12pm – Finding Time for Fitness, How Much Exercise is Enough?
October 22 (Monday) 12pm – Shaking up your Workout Routine
November 16 (Friday) 12pm – Nutrition
Location: O’Pake Multi-Purpose Room (bring your lunch)
FALL INTO FITNESS
Fall into Fitness is a fitness incentive program to encourage and promote exercise and a healthy lifestyle
Choose from one of two programs:
100mile Walk or 8wk Conditioning
Participation period for 100 mile Walk (10 weeks):
October 8 - December 14
Participation period for 8wk Conditioning:
October 8 – November 30 (8 weeks)
Complete the program successfully and win a Prize!
INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING
The purpose of the Intro to Strength Training sessions is to learn about the weight room and to offer individuals the opportunity to follow a structured
workout and strength train with others.
