Introduction
In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, Saint Joseph’s University provides services for students with documented disabilities to ensure equal access to programs, services, facilities, and activities. Admission to Saint Joseph’s is based solely on an applicant’s qualifications and record of achievement without regard to a disability.  While a student may voluntarily disclose the presence of a disability, any pre-admission inquiries of a disability is prohibited by law.
