Holistic health is critically important to your success here at SJU. Take time to focus on your mental, physical and spiritual health by attending any of the amazing events we have planned for you. You can also engage online by searching #wellnessweek on any social media site that utilizes hashtags to ask questions or share ideas.

Each Day: All Fitness Classes are FREE in O'Pake thanks for Campus Recreation! Attend any class to try it before you buy the $50 class pass for the semester. Classes include Yoga, Zumba, Cardio Circuit and Total Body Sculpting.
MONDAY, September 15, 2014
8am: Breakfast Break will take place in the lobbies of each freshmen residence hall. Stop by between 8am-9am to grab breakfast, learn tips for starting the day in a healthy way and grab info on the #wellnessweek events taking place all week.
4pm: Professional Dress to Look Your Best is sponsored by Career Development Center and Banana Republic. Come to the North Lounge to hear from professionals about appropriate work attire while still being fashionable.
5:30pm: FREE Zumba at O'Pake. If you have never tried zumba before, now is the time because it is FREE and tons of fun.
TUESDAY, September 16, 2014
11am: Mass of the Holy Spirit marks the opening of a new academic year. Regardless of your religious affiliation, join the campus in celebrating the new year withjoyous songs in the Chapel during free period. Wear RED!
12pm: Practice Your Pitch after Mass in Campion lot with Career Development Center until 3pm. The key to a great interview is perfecting your pitch - practice in a safe environment and earn free ice cream for trying!
5pm: Eat This, Not That hosted by Peer Educators will take place in Villiger Lounge. Learn tips for eating a well-balanced meal in Campion or tricks for cooking a delicious and healthy meal in your residence hall. Free food for those who attend this workshop!
5:15pm: FREE Yoga at O'Pake. Learn to breathe and build strength through a variety of poses.
6:30pm: FREE Zumba at O'Pake. Dancing is a great form of exercise.
WEDNESDAY, September 17, 2014
7:45am: FREE Yoga at O'Pake. Start your day right with a morning yoga class.
5:15pm: FREE Cardio Circuit Training in O'Pake. This high-paced class will make you feel great and keep you coming back.
5:30pm: EvenSong hosted by Campus Ministry takes place every Wednesday in the Chapel at 5:30pm. Join others to reflect on the week, worship through song and hang around for free pizza and a social afterwards.
6:30pm: FREE Total Body Sculpting in O'Pake. This class will help you tone up and feel great.
THURSDAY, September 18, 2014
11am: Annual Wellness Fair will take place in Campion during free period and is hosted by WADE Peer Educators. Stop by to participate in the activity tables to earn free raffle tickets to win awesome prizes. Prizes include one of two Get Out of a Parking Ticket Free Cards, gym memberships, one hour with a trainer and much more!

4pm: Hip Hop Fitness Class by Brian "Bizzy" Linder in the North Lounge. Hosted by BSU and OML.
SATURDAY, September 20, 2014
7am: Philadelphia Recovery Walk takes places at 9am at Penn's Landing. Free Registratin will include transportation which will leave Cardinal Ave at 7am and an SJU waterbottle. Walk with The Flock at SJU: Hawks flying together to support recovery from addiction. The walk is 1.75 miles through historic Philadelphia. 10pm: Colin Jost from Saturday Night Live is coming to the Perch as part of #SJUbyU hosted by SUB. Don't miss out on this hilarious comedian.
