Wellness Week September

WELLNESS WEEK 2015: September 14-19

Holistic health is critically important to your success here at SJU.  This week, take time to focus on your own personal wellness by attending any of the amazing events we have planned for you and reflecting on the impact of your life experiences on your overall wellness. Wellness is more than just eating right or working out; there are 6 dimensions of wellness including physical, mental, spiritual, professional, financial and social.  Each aspect of your life is impacted by every other dimension of your life as each dimension of wellness intersects with the others. Balancing each of these areas to ensure you focus on all is a critical concept to a healthy lifestyle.
