Obtaining Annual Reports

You may obtain one in the following ways:

Contact the 'Investors' Services Office' of the company

The department may be called Investor Relations, or go by another name. You can get the phone number and address from one of our print directories in the Library, or from our Mergent Online or Hoover's databases. Hoover's also provides a link to each company's investor relations office on the basic financial information page.

The Annual Reports file contains corporate annual reports (over 80,000 reports) beginning in 1984. The annual report file includes portions of companies annual reports to shareholders, grouped by fiscal year, with balance sheets dated July 1, through June 30. The file provides financial statements, footnotes,
auditor's opinion, material incorporated by reference and the management responsibility letter.

The Archived Annual Reports file contains corporate annual reports (over 48,000 reports) ending in June 1984 and beginning in 1972. The annual report file includes portions of companies annual reports to shareholders, grouped by fiscal year, with balance sheets dated July 1, through June 30. The file provides financial statements, footnotes, auditor's opinion, material incorporated by reference and the management responsibility letter.
