Only Saint Joseph's University students who are currently registered
in the Distance Education On-line Executive Pharmaceutical Marketing
MBA program may use this service.
What is it?
Francis A. Drexel Library's Distance Education Document Delivery
Service at Saint Joseph's University, sends books and periodical
articles that you request directly to you in support of your Pharmaceutical
Marketing EMBA program.
Much of the material will come from the Library's collections,
however periodical articles that are not available at Saint
Joseph's may be obtained through our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department,
free of charge.
We regret that Distance Education students will not be
able to obtain ILL books through the Document Delivery Service.
This is true for traditional ILL and our end-user initiated service, .
However, if you are willing to come into the Library to pick up
and return ILL or books,
we can certainly help you.
How does it work? For all requests
You may request as many items as you feel are necessary to
support your EMBA research. Note that:
Not all items in your order may be shipped at the same time
or via the same carrier
Large orders and orders requiring Interlibrary Loan will
take longer to fill.
Items are sent 2-day priority mail. Please contact us to discuss
other delivery options.
Please understand that although we try our very best to
fill your requests, there is no guarantee of availability or
timeliness.
Planning ahead as much as possible -- especially in light
of the length of your EMBA courses
Consulting with a Reference Librarian to realistically assess
your choices.
To check the status of your request, use our Ask
A Librarian! service or call the Reference
Desk at 610-660-1904. We will respond within 24 hours
Monday through Friday.

you need. Please note that if the article is available
in full text through our Library electronically, it is your
responsibility to retrieve it from the Web.

this preference on the request form. Note that some email
systems have a limit on file size. If your limit is low,
or if your article is graphics-intense, it may not be possible
to fax some articles.
The articles are yours to keep, you do not need to return them to the Library.
If the article is NOT available at Saint Joseph's:
