Administration on Aging: A Profile of Older Americans: 2002

The Aging Research Centre (ARC) - This international site contains information on aging from a Biological and Medical perspective.

Alzheimer's Association - A wealth of information and links to resources of on all aspects of Alzheimer's research, medical information, caregivers resources, conferences, and related resources.

Eldercare Web - An extremely comprehensive site with links to all aspects of aging and the elderly.

Geropsychology Central - A site devoted to providing links to information and services for older adults and Geropsycholgy professionals.

Multidisciplinary Education in Geriatrics and Aging - Presents 12 learning modules designed to teach undergraduate and graduate students in the health sciences some basic concepts in geriatric care. Includes an informative unit on Geriatric Assessment.

Wayne State University's Institute of Gerontology - It is designed as an online resource for researchers, educators, and practitioners interested in aging and older individuals.


Tests and Measures

Buros Institute of Mental Measurements - Home page for the Buros Institute with detailed descriptions of their publications. An especially helpful feature is a search field that will search across the many indexes in each Buros publication.

ETS Test Collection - "The Test Collection Database contains descriptions of over 25,000 tests that reside in the library of Educational Testing Service. Tests in Microfiche is a subset of this collection consisting of, 1,000+ tests. They include research and unpublished instruments that may be of interest to students doing research. These are the only tests available for purchase from the Educational Testing Service Library." FAQs
