Free copies of the book are made available to classes that study the book, and multiple copies are available in the library. Related programming includes: sessions on teaching the book; book discussions; keynote speakers; issue panels and debates; dramatic readings, films series and displays.

Film Series
All screenings will be in the Campion Forum, on Wednesday evenings
at 7:00 pm, with pre-show introductions by faculty members.
Adapted from Lawrence and Lee's play and directed by Stanley Kramer, this 1960 feature film stars Spencer Tracy, Frederic March and Gene Kelly in a dramatic (though heavily fictionalized) retelling of the celebrated Scopes trial of 1925.
This award-winning documentary recounts the real Scopes case, complete with excerpts from testimony, expert analyses, eyewitness accounts and even clips from popular songs inspired by the "trial of the century."
The final episode of a controversial PBS series on evolution, this documentary examines the struggles and connections between faith and science, largely through personal accounts from students and educators.
Based on a novel by Carl Sagan, this feature by Robert Zemeckis (director of Forest Gump) explores the conflict between science and faith as an astronomer (Jodie Foster) seeking evidence of extraterrestrial life finds something much more complex.
