• Questions are answered by Saint Joseph's University Reference Librarians who are staffing the Information Desk during normal Information Desk Hours.
  
  
• Occasionally during this time, a Reference Librarian will be teaching a class or at a meeting and the service will not be available.

The Saint Joseph's University community may submit a question or concern directly to the Reference staff through a web-based email form. 

An email response will be sent within 24 hours during the business week, and within 48 hours on weekends.

The Saint Joseph's University community may make an appointment with a reference librarian for assistance with an extensive research project. The appointment may be in person or via telephone. Simply fill out our appointment form and a Reference staff member will contact you.
