Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy

Looking to take Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination, but still need a few more credits?

New eligibility requirements for the CPA exam include a mandatory 150 credits with a specified number dedicated to law and accounting. The post-baccalaureate certificate in accountancy is a 12-course, 36-credit option for those aiming to take the CPA exam. It provides an additional academic credential from an AACSB-accredited university with the flexibility to complete courses in the evening or online.

The certificate is appropriate for those looking to pursue a career in industry, government or public accounting. It satisfies the CPA requirement without the long-term commitment of pursuing a master’s degree. Graduates of the program also get the benefit of increased internship and job placement opportunities through the Haub School's ties to national and local businesses, along with access to its strong alumni network.
