Managing Human Capital M.S.
The Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program at Saint Joseph's University supports professionals in their aspirations to differentiate themselves from their peers with a degree that delivers crucial skills across all areas: from human resources to operations, sales and marketing to finance; and production to customer service.
Offered within the Haub School of Business, which holds dual AACSB International accreditation, the M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program is designed to transform students into strategic partners within their profession. Students will obtain technical competence in the HR field, gain experience in organizational development and learn to help their businesses to better compete in the marketplace. The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) has endorsed the Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program for having its curriculum aligned with graduate education guidelines.
For maximum flexibility, this program is offered online and can be completed on a full or part-time basis, giving students the opportunity to receive a graduate-level education, while gaining a competitive edge in their fields. For students who seek an in-class learning experience, electives are available on-campus, including a concentration in business intelligence and human capital analytics.
