Managing Human Capital Online M.S.
The Master of Science in Managing Human Capital at Saint Joseph's University allows aspiring and current business leaders to receive an advanced human resources education that equips them with the skills to leverage human capital at both the individual and organizational levels. The program is offered online and can be completed on a full- or part-time basis, giving students the opportunity to receive a graduate-level education, while gaining a competitive edge in their fields. For students who seek an in-class learning experience, electives are available on-campus, including a concentration in business intelligence and human capital analytics.
Offered within the Haub School of Business, which holds dual AACSB International accreditation, the M.S. in Managing Human Capital Program is designed to help professionals become strategic partners within their profession by obtaining technical competence in the HR field, gaining experience in organizational development, and helping businesses to better compete in the marketplace. The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) has endorsed the Master of Science in Managing Human Capital Program for having its curriculum aligned with graduate education guidelines.
At SJU, students will find an exceptional level of advising and support throughout their experience. We recommend scheduling a personal advising meeting to review educational and career goals.
