"The Interdisciplinary Doctor of Education Program for Educational Leaders at Saint Joseph’s University provided a unique approach toward combining theory, scholarship, and practice in preparing me to tackle both the traditional, as well as emerging issues, associated with educational administration and leadership. The outstanding faculty, staff, and doctoral students work together in sustaining a community of scholars that goes beyond the classroom. The program prepared me by building the capacity and knowledge required to support the dynamic school institution and to more effectively work with colleagues and stakeholders in developing solutions to help educational programs and administrative systems succeed and thrive."
