    PHILADELPHIA (January 12, 2009) - Over the last five years, David Freese has traveled the northeastern quadrant of the Pacific Rim – referred to as the “Ring of Fire” by geologists – to photograph six thousand miles of seacoast. A collection of his digitally toned photographs, titled “From Bering to Baja: The Pacific Rim of North America,” will be featured at Saint Joseph’s Univerty Gallery from Tuesday, Jan. 20 to Friday, Feb. 13.   • Reflecting on Vatican II, 50 Years Later

    PHILADELPHIA (January 7, 2009) – William Henry Cardinal Keeler, J.C.D., D.D., Cardinal Archbishop Emeritus of Baltimore, will present a lecture on the date of the 50th anniversary of the calling of Vatican II as part of Saint Joseph's University's Catholic Intellectual Series. The lecture, "Reflections on the Sacred Council of Our Time," will be held on Sunday, January 25, at 3 p.m. in the Wolfington Teletorium of Mandeville Hall.
