Students Host ‘Up ‘til Dawn’ Event in Support of Pediatric Research

What: Saint Joseph’s University’s Up ‘til Dawn program, a student-organized event, will celebrate its fundraising efforts for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with a late-night event. The students hope to earn $30,000 for pediatric research.
When: Saturday, March 20, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Highlights: More than 200 students are expected to take part in the event which will feature free food and drinks, live musical entertainment, inflatables/moonbounces, games and prizes, and a comedy and magic show featuring balloon artist John Cassidy.
About: Up ‘til Dawn is a student-run, student-led philanthropic program encompassing various fundraising activities throughout the academic year and culminating with an all-night celebration. To raise money towards its goal of $30,000, the group participated in letter writing campaigns, t-shirt sales, and a partnership with the Philadelphia Marathon.
