PHILADELPHIA (September 11, 2012) - Michael N. McGrann, former executive director of the Center for Family Business at Elizabethtown College, has been named director of Saint Joseph’s University’s new Family Business and Entrepreneurship Initiative.
<p>Saint Joseph’s University announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to acquire the 8.9-acre property at the corner of City and Cardinal Avenues known as the Cardinal’s Residence.</p>

PHILADELPHIA (Aug. 2, 2012) – On August 2, the Philadelphia Health Commissioner and Deputy Mayor for Health and Opportunity Donald Fr. Schwarz, M.D., MPH, awarded Saint Joseph’s University a "Breastfeeding Friendly Employer" certificate for its initiatives in support of nursing mothers. Alex Skolnick, Ph.D., an assistant professor of psychology who served on a committee responsible for the introduction of a lactation room on campus, accepted the award of behalf of the University.
