Transfer of Equipment
If equipment or furnishings are transferred from one location to another, the department head initiating such transfer must submit a Notice of Transfer of Equipment and Furnishing forms to The Purchasing Department before the transfer occurs. Forms can be found at: Transfer of Equipment.
