AEROBICS (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm)

BOOT CAMP (Tuesdays 3pm or Wednesdays 8am)

MARTIAL ARTS (Tuesdays 11:30am)

YOGA (Mondays 5:00pm)

Power Vinyasa
Vinyasa means "to move with ones breath" and in this class we will move our bodies in coordination with our breath in a series of yoga postures developed to increase strength, flexibility and body awareness. All fitness levels are welcome.

Locker Information:

The President's Club locker rooms (both men's and women's) will be closing on May 15th.

Lockers are available in the General Locker room if you would like to move. See the Rec Office for more information.
