AEROBICS (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm)
BOOT CAMP (Tuesdays 3pm or Wednesdays 8am)
MARTIAL ARTS (Tuesdays 11:30am)
YOGA (Mondays 5:00pm)
Power Vinyasa
Vinyasa means "to move with ones breath" and in this class we
will move our bodies in coordination with our breath in a series of yoga
postures developed to increase strength, flexibility and body awareness.
All fitness levels are welcome.
