Siksika ottae

Siksika teeth

Siksika is known from only one specimen that has a neurocranium, mandibles, and scattered associated teeth.

The teeth are extremely thin and high crowned, with deep lingual basins and usually a single basal ridge. The teeth are heterodont, but no extended "molariform" teeth are present. The teeth are arranged here in their presumed, but not certain, arrangement from larger median to smaller proximal forms, and presumed upper and lower teeth. The teeth are illustrated in labial/basal views. The scale is in mm.
