One in Four:  What Men Can Do to Prevent or Respond to Sexual Assault.  Wednesday, January 31.  5:30 to 6:30 p.m.  Campion Forum Theatre.  Student presenters from One in Four and Fr. Gerry McGlone, SJ, Psychology Department and Jesuit in Residence.

Science, Health & Pharmaceutical Marketing Networking Night.  Wednesday, February 7 at 5:30 p.m.  Campion North Lounge.  Meet with alumni and employers working in the field. How did they get started in their job search and what recommendations would they have for you?  Participants scheduled:

Rock Climbing Certification (Belay).  Sunday, February 11 at Go Vertical, Philadelphia, PA.  This beginners class will teach students the basics of rock climbing and show students how to belay (hold the ropes for) others.  No previous experience is necessary.  For additional details, see Matthew Weaver, Science Hall RA.

Internship Information Session.  Tuesday, February 27 at 11:30 a.m.  Presidents Lounge, Campion Student Center.  This event will provide information on all aspects of the internship:  seeking one, applying for one and interviewing for one.

Choosing/Changing Your Major.  Thursday, March 15 at 11:30 a.m.  Sourin Lounge.  Thinking about declaring a major?  Thinking about changing your major?  Either way, the decision is important and needs to be made carefully.  This program will guide students through the process of selecting a major or changing into a major that is the right one.

The Franklin Institute.  Dr. Piotr Habdas, Physics Cepartment.  This physics presentation shows the difference between physics in terms of events and actions in cartoons versus real life.  April 1.  Leave campus at 10:15 a.m.  Van transportation will be provided.

Science F aculty-Student Dinner.  Wednesday, April 18 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the LaFarge Lounge.  This end-of-the-year event is an informal opportunity of science students and science faculty to spend some informal time eating, socializing, reflecing on the year and talking about next year. 

Genetics Review for the Genetics Final Exam.  Monday, April 30.  Time and location to be announced.
