How Your Meal Plan Works
For more information please refer to the Dining Services Web Page

It's a two-part package - That's as Easy as A, B, C...

Declining Balance Dollars

The declining balance dollars given to you with the meal plan gives you an allowance for breakfast, lunch and additional snacks. Declining balance dollars are accepted at a retail locations on campus, including: Mandeville Coffee Stop, Hawk's Nest, Hawk Rock, the newly expanded "C" Store and Campion Food Court. Each time you make a purchase you may ask the cashier to inform you of how many declining balance dollars you have remaining in order to help you stay within your weekly budget and avoid running out of declining balance dollars before the semester ends.

Weekly Meal Allowance

This meal allowance is offered in two meal plan options described below. It is designated for those who like the flexibility of declining balance, but would also like a number of guaranteed meals per week for every week of the semester, excluding breaks and holidays. These meals are redeemable at Campion Food Court. Each time you use a meal it will be subtracted from your weekly meal balance. Unused meals will not carry over into the next week, so make sure you sign up for the meal plan that has the flexibility to best meet your needs. These meals may be used in the following ways:

1. Dinner in Campion Food Court

2. Saturday & Sunday All You Can Eat Brunch

3. If you choose not to eat dinner or brunch in Campion Food Court, you may use a cash equivalency to purchase items in the Campion Food Court up to a retail value of $4.00. Each time you do this, one dinner meal is subtracted from your weekly meal allowance.
