The Networking and Telecommunications division of the Office of Information Technology manages

electronic communications services for the Saint Joseph's University community.  The Networking group delivers data services to all university buildings including Ethernet/Fast Ethernet ports, wireless access , electronic mail accounts, personal network storage, and access to network-based printing services.  The Telecommunications group directly provides voice services to students, faculty, and staff of Saint Joseph's. This includes dial tone and voicemail services to all buildings on campus,individual and departmental telephone billing services, and repair services. Requests for networking or telecommunications services should be submitted to the Information Technology Help Desk in Barbelin Room 30 at extension 2920, or via email to helpdesk@sju.edu.
