ROOM RESERVATION SYSTEM
Reserve a room in one of two ways:
- Walk up to a group study room and use the panel on the wall outside the room, to enter your reservation using the touch screen menus. No confirmation is sent, when using the touch screen panels. If you are reserving the room for a future date, take the time to write down the date/time/room number for your information.
- Fill out our reservation request form.
Please note that when reserving a room via our form, the reservation is
not "set" until you receive a confirmation email from ITDL staff. The email response to your request will be sent within 24 hours of the
request and will include the room number of a specific Group Study Room.
Please note the following:
- Reservations will not be accepted more than two weeks in advance of the requested date.
- Due to high demand, students cannot book a regular recurring date during the semester.
- Students may reserve the room for two-hour shifts. Students may not request more than one two-hour shift per day.
