Call or stop by the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) office (located in the staff area on the first floor) when:

• the staff at the Service Desk have told you that your ILL request has not yet arrived, and you believe that it should be here
  
• you need to follow up on communication from the ILL department concerning a request that could not be filled, or will be delayed because of scarce availability
