When our SJU Librarians are Offline, try using this service where your questions will be answered 24/7 by a Librarian outside of the University. (more)

The Saint Joseph's University community may submit a question or concern directly to the Reference staff through a web-based email form. An email response will be sent within 24 hours during the business week, and within 48 hours on weekends.
By Appointment
The Saint Joseph's University community may make an appointment with a reference librarian for assistance with an extensive research project. The appointment may be in person or via telephone. Simply fill out our appointment form and a Reference staff member will contact you.
