Now we will see how to add images and other files to the CMS. Though you may store your files elsewhere, it is strongly reccomended to incorporate them into the CMS so that they are easier to manage. Images should be stored in your images folder within your site folder. Other files such as pdfs, docs, etc... should be stored in a files folder within your site folder. This will keep your folders organized.
To start, select New->Default->File from the menu bar. This will load a page the allows for adding and updating files. Next in the Upload field, click on "browse" and find your image or file on your computer. When you have selected it, hit open. Then all thats left is to specify that the folder it should be from the system tab and click submit. The file is now added to the CMS and can be internally linked to by other pages.
