Academic Calendar
The University's undergraduate day calendar.

Faculty Senate
The faculty, as the group primarily responsible for the
university's essential activity of education, shall exercise this role through the Faculty Senate, the officially recognized voice of the corporate faculty.

Office of Research Services
The Office of Research Services (ORS) assists the faculty and staff of Saint Joseph’s University to seek extramural funding for sponsored projects and administer grants and contracts awarded by governmental or private sources.

Libraries
The University Libraries house a voluminous collection of information resources, offering a wealth of material to assist you in your studies and research.

Francis A. Drexel Library
Supports the academic programs of Saint Joseph's University and serves as a selective depository for U.S. government documents. Located at the top of Hawk Hill adjacent to Barbelin Hall.

Campbell Library
A special information center that supports Food Marketing students and faculty and provides assistance to visitors from the food industry. Located in 157 Mandeville Hall.

Office of Human Resources
The Human Resources Office strives to advance the Jesuit values and mission of Saint Joseph’s University by encouraging and supporting the faculty and staff in their vital role of meeting the University commitment to our students.

Information Technology

Help Desk
The Help Desk is the first point of contact for all of your computing needs. Contact us at 610-660-2920 or helpdesk@sju.edu.

Telecommunications
Provides service and support to facilitate teaching and research at the Saint Joseph's University through designing, implementing and managing solutions which provide for the University's voice, data and video communication needs.

Instructional Media Services
Offers assistance and guidence to faculty and students with respect to multimedia applications, including classroom presentations, audio and video recording, and videoconferencing.

Training
The objective of the training program is to enhance the computing skills of the faculty and staff at SJU by presenting short classes on application software most heavily used at the University..

Networking
The Networking division of the Office of Information Technology manages electronic communications services for the Saint Joseph's University community.

Information Systems
The Information Systems Department supports the Enterprise Resource Planning systems for the University, through the implementation and maintenance ofthe Banner administrative software suite used to support student admissions, registration, academic advisement, grading, housing, account receivable, financial aid, finance, purchasing, accounts payable, alumni/development and human resources.

Safety and Security
Concerned primarily with maintaining the highest level of security possible on the University's campus and within the University's facilities.

The Children's School at Saint John's
The Children's School at Saint John's was established in November, 1996 and is a collaboration between Saint Joseph's University and the Church of Saint John Lower Merion, serving children from both institutions as well as the surrounding community from 3 months of age to 6 years.

Purchasing Department
Provides procurement expertise to assure the timely acquisition, and distribution of goods and services for the University community in accordance with Saint Joseph's University Board of Trustees and Saint Joseph's University policies and procedures.
