This utility is intended for users who want to set up their Personal Website, but are not comfortable working at the Unix prompt, or simply want to get started right away.

For those who have not already set up a website, the utility will set you up with a basic "vanilla" homepage. For those who already have a homepage, but are having difficulties with permissions, this will make sure all the permissions are as they should be for your homepage to be publicly accessible on the web.

To use the utility, you only need log in with your username and password, and the utility will take care of the rest. Upon login, it will complete the steps outlined in the Personal Website Overview document, namely,

1. Create a "pub_html" directory at the base of your home drive (if none exists).
2. Create a basic "index.html" homepage file inside the pub_html directory (if none exists), which you can then customize on your own.
3. Make sure the permissions on your share drive, pub_html directory, and index.html file are all appropriate.

Please note that this utility is safe for users who already have a personal website set up, but are having permissions problems, such as "Error 403: Forbidden" errors. It will not erase or modify your existing files.
