Need proof that you are a student?

For Enrollment Verification requests, contact Tiffany in the Student Service by clicking on her name in bold to email her or call 610-660-1340.

You may also print the form and fax it back at 610-660-1019. Verifications of student enrollment services are provided by the Student Service Center.

Various pre-printed enrollment verification forms from lending agencies, employers, health insurers or other entities may be submitted. We also have the ability to produce a generic enrollment verification if need be. Please drop off your request in our office, 121 B/L, or send it to the following address:
