Need to make a Tuition Account Payment?

You can view your Tuition Account online!

Go to

Enter username and password (if you cannot remember your password, go to the shaded box on the right side of the page and click "To reset your Password, Click Here" and follow the instructions.

Once you have successfully logged onto mySJU:

click on School Services
click on Administrative Services
click on Student and Financial Aid
click on Student Records and Payments
click on Tuition Account & Make a Payment

Are you paying with Loans, Grants, Scholarships or any other types of Financial Aid?

When you are using any of these types of payment, every semester the Student Service Center must receive from you a Tuition Repayment Promissory Note by the payment due date to avoid a $40 late fee. Please fill on under Student Records and Payments.

1: Making a Credit Card Payment through the web

2: For University College and Graduate Students, return the top portion of the bill in the return envelope provided or by faxing it to the secure fax line of the Student Service Center at 610-660-1019.

Outside Scholarship Information (FOS)

Congratulations, all of your hard work awarded you a scholarship form outside the University. But how does it get to my school to cover my tuition? Follow these helpful notes!

1: If the check is addressed to the Student and University, please sign the back of the check and return to the Student Service Center attn:Cassandra McDuffie for disbursment.

2: Do not send FOS Scholarships through the return envelopes provided. Please send them to Student Service Center attn: Mary Yura Selepes.

3: For those scholarships that need to be billed, a copy of the form must be sent to Cassandra McDuffie in the Student Service Center each semester.
