About Student Union Board (SUB)
The Student Union Board is a fast-paced, student-centered organization that is always offering something new and exciting for undergraduate Hawks. We plan and implement fun events for everyone to enjoy either for free or at a reduced cost. Our funding comes from student activity fees allocated to the SUB which is included with each student's tuition. We are dedicated to ensuring that these programs are high quality, creative and diverse.
The SUB is an executive board that includes a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and student chairs, each of which serve their own specific function. These committees include On Campus Events, Off Campus Events and Late Night Events. The mission of the SUB is to provide students with a series of diverse cultural, recreational, social, educational and entertainment programs throughout the year as set forth in the Student Union Board Constitution.
The SUB provides leadership opportunities outside the classroom that encourage student growth and development. It is a great chance to get involved on campus and meet other like-minded Hawks.
