Student Leadership Awards

Nomination Form

All nomination forms are due by 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 2nd.

  • Recognizes the efforts of a student leader who has been pivotal in establishing or supporting connections between student groups and/or between student groups and the Administration.
  • The student must be involved in a variety of University recognized student organizations and hold a leadership position in at least one.
  • Applicants must be in good academic standing, with a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative grade point average, at the time of application, selection, and presentation of the award.  A student may not be on disciplinary probation.
