Statement
The Saint Joseph's University Off-Campus Housing office helps students find housing near the main campus and will provide support that fosters a positive off-campus living experience. The service will maintain a listing of available options that are within a 3-mile radius of the main campus. The office will guide students through this process and discuss such issues as safety and security, tenant /landlord rights, negotiating leases and living in the community. Students are encouraged to make an appointment or stop in the office for help. Housing information is also available on the bulletin board located in the hallway outside the office.

Certificate of Rental Suitability- Bill #060010A
