Announcing Exclusive Upperclassman Housing at SJU!

The Office of Residence Life is excited to announce that Merion Gardens Apartments and Morris Quad Townhouses will be available exclusively to Junior and Senior students with additional benefits not available in other on-campus housing options for 2012-2013:

  • Free residential parking permit
  • 12-month availability
  • No "housing lottery" process required
  • Modified guest privileges
  • Greater independence within the community

All other on-campus benefits will still be available, including:

  • Proximity to campus and campus transportation
  • 24-hour Public Safety and Maintenance Staff
  • University internet access and IT helpdesk staff
  • Cable

Rising Junior and Senior (current Sophomore and Junior) students who are interested in living in this community will be eligible to submit a Housing Agreement and Deposit between January 23-February 10.
