Apartments are single sex by apartment and include appliances and furniture.

Saint Joseph 's University has honored Brian '69 and Nancy Duperreault for their $10 million gift by renaming the City Avenue Residence Halls. Per their request, Rashford Hall (5200 City Ave.) and Borgia Hall (5320 City Ave.) were named in honor of former University President Nicholas S. Rashford, S.J., and Francis Borgia, S.J., the third Superior General of the Society of Jesus, the order that founded Saint Joseph's.
