Eligibility

Eligibility
According to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, “any person with a mental or physical impairment that limits one or more major life activity (may include, walking, seeing, hearing, breathing, working, learning, caring for oneself, or performing manual tasks), has a record of such an impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment” and presents appropriate documentation is protected under the law. Disabilities may include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Psychiatric Disorders
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries
  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing
