Research

My research interests are in the areas of computational geometry and computer graphics. I have been working on the design, analysis and implementation of geometric data structures and algorithms with applications to computer graphics, in particular, efficient realistic rendering. I am also interested in various issues related to hierarchical simplicial meshes, including pointerless representations, efficient neighbor-finding, different subdivision techniques and quality guarantees associated with them, level-of-detail modeling and visualization of high-dimensional fields.
