- What is the purpose of your site? Does it need to be on the
internet. To some degree this is more an MBA question. A grocery
store on the internet. WebVan raised $375 million.
- What are the off-line alternatives? What questions do they
answer very well?
- Photo examples: off-line
- Popular photography, has access to latest techniques
and equipment. Poor at user response and feedback.
- Classes at community colleges. You are guaranteed to have
someone there to help you. Having an instructor can motivate you and
also keep you from spending time on dead ends. Bad things: when class
ends the instructor is no longer available. Have to travel and meet
at set times.
