Dr. Frank Bernt teaches courses in Educational Assessment , Adolescent Development, and Cognition and Learning.  He also teaches courses in Psychology and Religion and Hospice Care.  A recipient of both Fulbright Senior Scholar and Senior Specialist grants,  Dr. Bernt has served as an international faculty member at the Universidad Católica de Uruguay and has a longstanding interest in education in Latin America.  He is a regular contributor to the Buros Mental Measurements Yearbook, and he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Genetic Psychology. Current research interests include moral conversion processes and the assessment of affective learning outcomes.
