Karen Pellegrino is the University’s Vice President for Enrollment Management. In this role, she oversees undergraduate admission, financial aid, enrollment analytics and institutional research. She has spent her entire career in admissions and enrollment, exclusively at Jesuit institutions.
Pellegrino came to Saint Joseph’s from Fairfield University where she worked for 14 years, serving as director of undergraduate admission and most recently as vice president for enrollment management. Prior to working at Fairfield, she served as director of undergraduate admission at Fordham University, and also worked for 15 years in the Office of Undergraduate Admission at Boston College.
Pellegrino has been an active member of National Association for College Admission Counseling and New England Association for College Admission Counseling, and has served on the Board of the National Catholic Colleges Admission Association.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Boston College.
