Thomas Jefferson Joint Degree Programs

If you have been admitted to Saint Joseph's and are interested in one of the joint degree programs that we offer with our partner school, Thomas Jefferson University, please follow the next steps for obtaining admission completing the application process into your preferred Plan A College Education Advanced Admission Program (PACE) program.

The Medical Laboratory Sciences and Biotechnology, Nursing, and Radiologic Sciences programs all require that you apply to both Saint Joseph’s University and Thomas Jefferson University with two separate applications in order to be considered for dual admission.

Medical Laboratory Sciences and Biotechnology

This program will allow a student to pursue a career in biotechnology/molecular science, cytotechnology/cell science, or medical laboratory science.

Radiologic Sciences

Radiologic Scientists are skilled in the use of equipment used to diagnose, assess, and treat disease. Technologists work in hospitals and outpatient imaging facilities and the demand for these health professionals will continue to rise as technology advances.

Exclusively the faculty and staff at Thomas Jefferson University make all decisions about your admission to the joint degree program, and the Admissions office at Thomas Jefferson University will communicate with you directly about their decision.

If offered admission to Thomas Jefferson University, your coursework at Saint Joseph’s will be carefully planned to allow you to complete both your degree requirements at SJU and your pre-requisite coursework for Jefferson.
