Apply for Financial Aid

Every student who submits an application to Saint Joseph's is automatically considered for merit scholarships. We also offer a number of academic and achievement scholarships. You also may be eligible for need-based grants, loans, and federal work study programs. To be considered for need based financial assistance you must fill out and complete the FAFSA.

Families may complete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) starting October 1 of the student's senior year in high school. Our school code is 003367. We encourage you to file and submit as soon as you are able.

When filling out the FAFSA you will be prompted to link to the IRS website, which will display your tax information and give you the option of transferring the data to your FAFSA. We recommend taking advantage of the IRS Data Retrieval option. If you are selected for verification and opted out of the IRS Data Retrieval process, you will have to submit an IRS tax transcript directly from the IRS to complete the federal verification process.

Incoming undergraduate students should contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission with questions at or 610-660-1300.
